Service begins by contacting Sun Up Delivery to complete account onboarding. Upon approval, authorized personnel may coordinate transportation requests directly with our operations team through their secure client portal. A structured overview of procedures is provided to ensure operational clarity, efficiency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Does Sun Up Delivery offer warehouse storage?
Yes. Our climate-controlled facility is equipped to accommodate refrigerated and frozen cannabis products. Licensed clients may utilize short-term storage for up to seven (7) days, subject to availability and regulatory guidelines.
How do I designate Sun Up Delivery as the outbound transporter on a manifest?
When preparing a transfer in METRC, select Sun Up Delivery LLC as the outbound transporter and enter license number 406-00013 or 406R-00023, as applicable. Sun Up Delivery must be accurately designated in METRC and all manifest details finalized prior to product pickup from your facility.
How Do Layover Transfers Work and How Are They Reflected on the Manifest?
A layover delivery allows Sun Up Delivery to temporarily hold regulated product at our secure, compliant facility for up to seven (7) days prior to final delivery.
To ensure proper compliance, the layover must be reflected on your manifest. When creating the transfer, select Sun Up Delivery LLC as the licensed transporter, choose the layover option, and enter a date range that includes the pickup date and the anticipated delivery date.
How Will I Know When My Product Is Scheduled for Delivery?
All orders are submitted and scheduled directly within the portal, where the confirmed delivery date is clearly displayed.
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, clients are promptly notified of any schedule adjustments or delays.
Does Sun Up Delivery Offer Same-Day Pickup and Delivery?
Same-day pickup and delivery is not part of our standard service schedule. However, we understand that time-sensitive situations arise. Please contact our team directly to discuss availability and potential arrangements.
